St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School invites you to honor a family friend or relative by having a candle lit in the Holy Cathedral of Etchmiadzin in Armenia.
Students will visit the cathedral in May of 2022 as part of the school’s annual graduating class trip to the motherland. At that time, they will recite the name of each honoree while lighting a candle and reciting a group prayer.
With a donation of $10 per candle, participants will not only benefit from a spiritual ceremony on their behalf, but help enrich the curriculum at St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School, allowing the school and its students to reinforce their relationship with Armenia.
